I am impressed!
After months of waiting until all the equipment was there, I had my first go with the HeyGears Equipment line. Coming from Formlabs, I had rather high expectations.
What can I say. They were met and even exceeded.
Only 4 stars as the transferred file to the curing station didn't clearly inform, if the process is a combination of curing and baking or if I need to initiate a seperate baking process.
As the menu itself splits up into cure and bake, this question wasn't answered.
Ideally the dialog on the curing station would tell me what is included in the transmitted work order.

Yes, the HeyGears ecosystem is on the premium side, but that cost buys you confidence. Everything works together seamlessly, and the result is prints that come out reliably clean, properly cured, and ready for the next step—every single time. It removes a huge amount of variability from resin printing, which is often where things go sideways.

If you value consistency, speed, and a streamlined workflow—and you’re okay paying a bit more to avoid headaches—the UltraCraft Cure Station (and the broader HeyGears ecosystem) delivers in a big way. Near-perfect prints with minimal effort? Yeah… I’m sold.

Probably the best post process cure station out there. I use the heater option for all my hallowed prints. Its on rhe expensive side but worth every penny.

I really like the ability to just pop a print in and back/cure things using the slice files. It's a primary reason I went with the HeyGears ecosystem. I could probably learn about all the times and temperatures but I'm trying to run a small business and I need things that "just work". So far, that's been true here.

The only reason I'm docking a star is because their rotating button can be frustrating to use. If you accidentally push it on the wrong screen, it's often easier to just reset the machine than try to figure out how to get back to the beginning. They need real buttons on the front that let you cancel and go back.
