Shipping policy

For customers in the US, AU, goods will be shipped from a local warehouse. For customers in JP,CA, goods will be shipped from the local warehouse first, and if there is no stock in the local warehouse, the goods will be shipped from the China warehouse (no customs duty is required). Orders are normally processed and shipped within 2 business days and your package(s) will be delivered within 4-8 business days.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • Once a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number.

Shipping Terms

Great news! We've lowered shipping fees to $9.90 for select countries.  

  • $9.90 shipping (US, UK, EU: DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, PL, DK) for orders under $399.
  • Free shipping for pre-tax orders $399+ (US, UK, EU, and select countries).
  • $19 shipping for orders under $399 to all other regions.

United States, We currently do not ship to the following regions: Alaska, American Samoa, District of Columbia, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
  2. Canada, We currently do not ship to Nunavut.

Important Update for UK Customers

Effective October 28, 2026, at 12:00 AM PDT (UTC−7).

HeyGears offers two main product lines:

  • G Series: Our latest full-color 3D printers, along with their compatible accessories, resins, and other materials.

  • R Series: Our resin 3D printers, including the Reflex RS, RS Turbo, Reflex, Reflex 2, and other models, along with their compatible accessories and resins.

Please note that our sales arrangements in the UK have changed.

From the effective date stated above, the HeyGears online store will only sell G Series products to customers in the UK. R Series products, including printers, accessories, and resins, will no longer be available for direct purchase through our online store in the UK. Instead, these products will be sold through our authorized local partners.
