1. Halloween Campaign Period

The HeyGears Halloween Campaign runs from October 6, 2026 to October 16, 2026 (PDT).

Promotional pricing, campaign offers, and eligible rewards are available only during the campaign period.

2. Halloween Pricing & Discounts

All prices and savings displayed on the website are shown in USD.

Halloween campaign prices, discounts, and product availability may vary by country or region. 

Final pricing, applicable discounts, and offer eligibility are subject to the information displayed on the product detail page and at checkout.

3. Campaign RewardsFree PAS10 White Resin

Customers who purchase an eligible HeyGears 3D printer during the campaign period will receive one (1) bottle of PAS10 White Resin (approximate retail value: US$32.99) at no additional cost.

If PAS10 White Resin is unavailable, HeyGears reserves the right to substitute another PAS10 resin of equal or greater value.

The resin gift is subject to product availability, order eligibility, and successful order fulfillment.

Win a Free Reflex RS Turbo

During the campaign period, customers who place an eligible order will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Reflex RS Turbo giveaway.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Customers may receive one (1) free entry by registering a valid email address during the campaign period.Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of two (2) entries:

•  One (1) entry through an eligible purchase; 
•  One (1) entry through the free method of entry. 

The giveaway prize consists of:

•  One (1) Reflex RS Turbo 3D Printer. 

The prize includes the Reflex RS Turbo 3D Printer only.

Any applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees associated with prize fulfillment are the responsibility of the winner.

The winner will be responsible for paying the applicable shipping fee, which ranges from US$9.90 to US$19.90 depending on the delivery location.

Only one (1) Reflex RS Turbo prize will be awarded during the campaign.

The winner will be selected randomly after the campaign ends and notified via the registered email address.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another product except at HeyGears' discretion.

Lucky Wheel

The Lucky Wheel promotion will be available on:

•  October 9, 2026 (PDT) 
•  October 13, 2026 (PDT) 

Each eligible participant may spin the Lucky Wheel once per event day.

Participants may spin the Lucky Wheel for a chance to receive promotional coupon codes worth up to US$200, subject to availability.

Coupon codes are available while supplies last.Coupon codes:

•  Cannot be combined with any other coupon code, promotional offer, or discount; 
•  Are limited to one (1) coupon code redemption per order; 
•  Are subject to applicable coupon terms and redemption requirements. 

Coupon values, quantities, eligibility requirements, and redemption conditions are subject to the campaign page and applicable coupon terms.

4. New Customer Discount

New customers may be eligible for exclusive discounts during the Halloween Campaign.

A US$60 new customer discount may be applied to eligible 3D printer combo products.

The discount applies only to eligible 3D printer combo products designated on the campaign page.

The US$60 new customer discount:

•  May only be used once per eligible customer; 
•  Cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, or special promotions unless otherwise stated; 
•  Is subject to product availability and campaign eligibility requirements. 

To qualify as a new customer, the registered email address, shipping address, recipient information, payment information, and other order-related information must not duplicate or substantially match existing customer records or previous orders.

Each eligible new customer may use the discount once only.

The discount is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.

HeyGears reserves the right to verify customer eligibility before applying the discount.

5. General Terms

All Halloween campaign offers are available for a limited time only and are subject to product availability.

Discounts, coupons, prizes, gifts, and promotional rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

HeyGears reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, order eligibility, giveaway eligibility, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or suspicious activity, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, false registrations, manipulation of giveaway entries, or attempts to abuse promotional offers, may result in disqualification from the campaign, cancellation of promotional benefits, prize forfeiture, or order cancellation.

HeyGears reserves the right to substitute prizes or promotional gifts with items of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

HeyGears reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Halloween Campaign at any time where necessary.
