Traditional "color" 3D printing either relies on combining a few solid colors to create a multi-colored surface, or requires manual painting after printing in monochrome. The inclusion of Lc and Lm channels widens the color gamut (covering over 97% of the standard CMYK color gamut), rendering smooth gradients and natural transitions.

In 3D Mode, the G1X builds three-dimensional models layer by layer using a dedicated ink set: CMYK + Double White + Water-Soluble Support + Transparent (CMYKST+W*2). This mode produces:

  • Full-Color & Transparent: Print As One: The G1X combines transparent ink and multi-color inks in a single continuous build. This allows creators to print models with stunning interior detail, color gradients, and transparent shells in one run without multi-part assembly.

  • Water-Soluble Supports: Say goodbye to scraping and sanding. The G1X jets dedicated Water-Soluble Supports alongside the build resin.
