What type of release film is used on the vat?

We use NFEP film, which has high light transmittance, strong wear resistance, and good release properties that cure the resin completely, extend the part's service life, and reduce the adhesion and residue of printed models.

What is the service life of the release film?

The service life of the release film will be affected by model design and printing frequency. When operating normally, the release film can go through 50,000+ peeling times.

What is the service life of the LCD panel?

The service life of the LCD panel will be affected by model design and printing frequency. When operating normally, the LCD panel can work for around 6 months.

What is the service life of the light source?

According to our test, Reflex's LEDs can generally last for 2-3 years or longer under normal operation. Of course, this also depends on your printing frequency and environment.

Can I send the design files to the printer offline?

You can use a USB disk to download the sliced desgin file from Blueprint and upload the file onto the printer.

Can I use a third-party slicer?

In order to ensure printing results and compatibility, the UltraCraft Reflex printer does not support a third-party slicer. We recommend you to use our Blueprint, which is designed and improved to be able to make adjustments according to different models and resin materials.
