Here are some of the key highlights for HeyGears Reflex Series this year:
2024 Highlights
UltraCraft Reflex RS
For 2024, the biggest news was the launch of our newest LCD 3D printer, the UltraCraft Reflex RS, this September, allowing consumer-grade manufacturers and users to obtain results comparable to injection molded parts in as little as 2 hours. This latest 3D printer processes premium hardware on the industrial level, powerful algorithms for mechanical & optical control, and real-time peeling force management, ensuring high-speed printing, excellent surface quality, and consistent results.

More 3D Printing Possibilities with New Resins
Thanks to the relentless efforts of our professional HeyGears materials development team, we made great breakthroughs and released a diverse list of new resins this year, including UltraPrint-Modeling PAS10, UltraPrint-Modeling PAWW10, and UltraPrint-Production PAWR10, expanding the 3D printing possibilities for a wide variety of usages.
PAS10 for 3D printing miniatures
PAS10 standard modeling resin was released in September and is a more affordable material that offers fast 3D printing and excellent molding capabilities. PAS10 exhibits outstanding performance on the Reflex RS for validation of prototypes and small-batch production, whilst also being excellent for 3D printing miniatures and tabletop gaming figures.

A Module for Enhanced 3D Printing and Production Efficiency
This March saw the exciting release of the UltraCraft Pulsing Release Module (PRM). The PRM boosts material printability by reducing peeling force by approximately 50% per layer, allowing easy 3D printing with fewer supports and a smaller overall contact point area, meaning less sanding of model surfaces after printing as well as reduced resin usage for support structures.
