The HeyGears Back to School Campaign runs from August 17, 2026 to August 27, 2026 (PDT).

Promotional pricing, campaign offers, and eligible rewards are available only during the campaign period.

All prices and savings displayed on the website are shown in USD.

Back-to-School prices, discounts, and product availability may vary by country or region.

Final pricing, applicable discounts, and offer eligibility are subject to the information displayed on the product detail page and at checkout.

3. Campaign Rewards

• Free PAS10 White Resin

Customers who purchase an eligible HeyGears 3D printer during the campaign period will receive one (1) bottle of PAS10 White Resin at no additional cost.If PAS10 White Resin is unavailable, HeyGears reserves the right to substitute another PAS10 resin of equal value.

The resin gift is subject to product availability, order eligibility, and successful order fulfillment.

• GreenPrint Purification Unit Lucky Draw

During the campaign period, customers who place an order with a minimum merchandise subtotal of US$400 (before taxes, shipping fees, duties, and any other applicable charges) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the lucky draw.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Customers may also receive one (1) free entry by completing all of the following during the campaign period:

• Registering a valid email address;
• Following the official HeyGears Instagram account; and
• Following the official HeyGears YouTube channel.

Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of two (2) entries: one (1) through an eligible purchase and one (1) through the free method of entry.

The lucky draw prize consists of one (1) GreenPrint Purification Unit (approximate retail value: US$490).

Only one (1) GreenPrint Purification Unit prize will be awarded during the campaign.

Winners will be selected at random after the campaign ends and notified via the registered email address.

The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at HeyGears' discretion.

• Lucky Wheel

The Lucky Wheel promotion will be available on August 20 and August 27, 2026 (PDT) only.

Each eligible participant may spin the Lucky Wheel once per event day.

Participants may spin the Lucky Wheel for a chance to receive promotional coupon codes worth up to US$200, subject to availability.

Coupon codes are available while supplies last.

Coupon codes may not be combined with any other coupon code, promotional offer, or discount.

Only one (1) coupon code may be applied per order.

Coupon values, quantities, eligibility requirements, and redemption conditions are subject to the campaign page and the applicable coupon terms.

4. New Customer Discount

New customers may be eligible for exclusive first-order discounts during the Back-to-School Campaign.

• A US$30 new customer discount may be applied to eligible standalone 3D printers and printer-only bundles.
• A US$50 new customer discount may be applied to eligible printer combo products and combo bundles.

New customer discounts are subject to eligibility verification.

To qualify as a new customer, the registered email address, shipping address, recipient information, and other order-related information must not duplicate or substantially match existing customer records or previous orders.

Each new customer discount may only be used once per eligible customer.

New customer discounts are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.

5. General Terms

All promotional offers are available for a limited time only and are subject to product availability.

Discounts, coupons, prizes, gifts, and other promotional rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

HeyGears reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, order eligibility, prize eligibility, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or suspicious activity, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, false registrations, or any attempt to manipulate the campaign, drawing process, or promotional offers, may result in disqualification from the campaign, cancellation of promotional benefits, prize forfeiture, or order cancellation.

HeyGears reserves the right to substitute prizes or promotional gifts with items of equal value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

HeyGears reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time where necessary.
